Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of pillows, our return and refund policy is carefully designed to balance customer satisfaction while protecting product quality and seller integrity.

By placing an order with Tink Rink, customers agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

Damaged Product

If the product is received in a damaged condition due to transit.

Incorrect Product Delivered

If a different product or variant is delivered compared to the order placed.

Manufacturing Defect

If the product has a clear manufacturing defect.

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper evidence.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Products that have been used or washed

• Products with minor variations in fabric, color, or natural filling

Because Tink Rink pillows contain natural mustard seeds and are used for personal sleeping comfort, used products cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

5. Return Shipping

• Manufacturing defect

Tink Rink will arrange return pickup or reimburse return shipping charges.

Customer Preference

Some Tink Rink products contain natural mustard seeds, which may naturally vary in shape, weight distribution, and sound.

Such natural variations do not qualify as manufacturing defects.

Similarly, slight variations in color, fabric texture, or stitching may occur due to manufacturing processes and are considered normal.

10. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery of an order without a valid reason, the order may be treated as cancelled and:

• Shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount

• Additional logistics costs may apply

11. Fraud Prevention

To prevent misuse of return policies, Tink Rink reserves the right to:
