This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which customers may cancel orders placed with Tink Rink. Our objective is to maintain a fair system that protects both customer interests and operational processes.

Tink Rink sells Mustard Seed Baby Pillows and Pregnancy Support Pillows (J-shaped and G-shaped pillows) and other kids and mom related products. which are packed and dispatched quickly after order confirmation. Therefore, cancellation requests must follow the conditions mentioned below.

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Customers may cancel their order before the product has been shipped.

If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, the cancellation request will be accepted and the full order amount will be refunded.

2. Order Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been processed and handed over to the courier partner, cancellation may not be possible.

In such cases, the order will be delivered to the customer as scheduled.

If the customer no longer wishes to keep the product, they may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further options.

3. Cancellation Due to Incorrect Order Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details are accurate at the time of purchase, including:

• Product selection

• Size or variant

• Shipping address

• Contact information

If incorrect information is provided, customers should contact us immediately. We will attempt to modify the order if it has not yet been shipped.

However, once the order has been dispatched, changes may not be possible.

4. Cancellation by Tink Rink

Tink Rink reserves the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Pricing errors on the website

• Technical errors during order processing

• Suspected fraudulent transactions

• Incomplete or incorrect delivery information

In such cases, customers will be notified and any payments made will be refunded.

5. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If an order is successfully cancelled before shipment, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• Actual credit time may depend on the payment provider or bank.

6. Bulk or Custom Orders

For large quantity orders or special promotional orders, cancellation may not be permitted once production or packaging has begun.

7. Misuse of Cancellation Policy

Tink Rink reserves the right to limit or refuse cancellations in cases where repeated cancellations are suspected to be abusive or fraudulent.
